The dining room faces East with access door (and also a serving hatch) through to the kitchen area. Entry door is behind us.

The master bedroom faces West and gets afternoon sun. Has an exterior door opposite, in addition to the door behind us which opens off the front entrance foyer. The door to the right is to the en-suite and on through to bedroom 6.

There is ranch slider access to glass-covered barbeque deck.

The Family room gets afternoon sun with hexagonal "conversation snug" at far left.
